Medications 1) Zyprexa d/c'd 2) Celexa d/c'd 3) Geodon 40 mg b.i.d. 4) Lexapro 40 mg/day 5) Wellbutrin SR 450 mg/day 6) Lipitor 20 mg/day 7) aspirin 81 mg/day
Patient presents for his history of hyperlipidemia and depression. Recent lipid panel appears normal. He is now on a higher dose of Geodon and states that he is feeling quite well on this. He is off Zyprexa and now off Celexa, but is on Lexapro at 40 mg/day. His overall energy appears quite good.
Examination is otherwise unchanged.
