Current Medications

Medications as noted above.

Patient presents for follow-up of his depression controlled on multiple medications as well as possible hypomagnesemia.

Because of sedation his Geodon was lowered to 180 mg/day.  He otherwise is felling quite well.

He continues to exercise frequently.

On examination his BP is 105/70.  Chest is clear and the rest of the exam is unremarkable except for moderate ecchymosis on his right arm.

Impression:

  1. Possible hypomagnesemia - will check cellular magnesium levels as requested by patient.
  2. Health care maintenance - still needs eye exam.
  3. BPH - overall doing well.
  4. Depression - dramatically better.
  5. Hyperlipidemia - remains on Lipitor. Recent cholesterol 155 with an LDL of 59.
