Giardia Lamblia antibodies, IgG, IgM & IgA,
EIA:
"Failure to detect serum antibodies to Giardia Lamblia has a negative predictive value of > 98%. Acute infection is usually indicated by short-lived IgM and IgA responses and development of high concentrations of IgG. Persistently low concentrations of Giardia-reactive IgG can indicate chronic infection.">/p>

Pollen is normally present on the surface of many foods and dust particles. A small amount of pollen in the stool should be considered "normal." Elevated amounts may reflect an environmental exposure of the patient, or an allergic reaction to pollens, where pollen antigens bound to gut antibodies may be concentrated in the GI tract.
The presence of leukocytes in the stool is usually associated with an infectious process in the stool. These non-bacterial inflammatory process such as ulcerative colitis.

Sufficient amounts of Bifidobacteria and E. coli appear to be present in the stool These "friendly bacteria" are important for gastrointestinal function, as they are involved in vitamin synthesis, natural antibiotic production, immune defense, detoxification of pro-carcinogens and a host of other activities. Maintaining these levels is important for supporting the health of the digestive system. Lactobacilli is below optimal levels. Even in the absence of possible pathogenic yeast or bacteria, this decreased level may place one at increased risk for various chronic diseases. Reestablishing healthy levels may be desirable.
If imbalanced flora is present, it is best interpreted in the context of other CCDSA markers. Imbalanced bacterial flora is a common finding. It can occur as a result of a parasite of bacterial infection, yeast overgrowth, or poor nutrition and maldigestion. The effects of imbalanced bacterial flora can be profound, and can lead to dermatologic, rheumatologic, and other systemic complaints, as well as GI disturbances.
