This is just a quick update for your records.  Yesterday,[patient] had an uncomplicated cataract surgery, and today, he is doing quite will, vision just about 20/25 (preop worse than 20/50).  He will be on prednisolone and moxifloxacin drops each q.i.d.

Once again, thank you for the opportunity to participate in the care of this very nice gentleman, and thanks for your assistance in helping to prepare him for surgery.
