This is just a quick update for your records.  [Patient] is about three weeks following successful cataract surgery, and his vision in the right eye has improved from 4/200 uncorrected to about 20/30, correctable to 20/20 with a very mild prescription.  He has also done very well following previous surgery in his left eye in 02/2006,<\p>
