A solid somewhat hypoechoic mass is present in the right adrenal fossa which measures 1.4 x 1.2 x 1.3 cm.
The renal calyces, infundibulae and pelvis are normal appearing bilaterally and there is no evidence of a renal calculus, collecting system mass, or hydronephrosis. There is no evidence of urateral dilatation in those portions of the ureters visualized on the examination.
