The right and left kidneys measure 10.9 and 10.7 cm respectively, in length. The renal parenchyma is of normal thickness and echogenicity. No renal calculus, hydronephrosis, or perinephric fluid collection is identified.
Medial to the upper pole of the right kidney, abutting the liver is a smoothly marginated round mass of similar echogenicity to the liver measuring 2.0 x 1.5 cm probably not appreciably changed given differences in technique and caliber placement.
The visualized aorta and inferior vena cava are normal in caliber.
The prostate gland is markedly enlarged with an estimated gland volume of 100 cc. Mild thickening of the urinary bladder wall is compatible with trabeculation, the urinary bladder is unremarkable.
No free fluid is identified.
1. Mass in the expected location of the right adrenal gland remains stable and again may reflect an adenoma. Additional evaluation would include a non-contrast CT.
