C. Prostate, right base, needle core biopsy:
   1. High-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia
   2. Rare atypical glands, non-diagnostic

D. Prostate, right anterior, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.

E. Prostate, left apex, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.

F. Prostate, left mid gland, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.

G. Prostate, left base, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue

H. Prostate, left anterior, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.
