A. Prostate, right apex, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.

B. Prostate, right mid, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.

C. Prostate, right base, needle core biopsy: Focal high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia.

D. Prostate, right anterior, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.

E. Prostate, left apex, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.

F. Prostate, left mid, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.

G. Prostate, left base, needle core biopsy: Focal high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia.

H. Prostate, left anterior, needle core biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.

COMMENT:

Immunostain for prostate 3 cocktail was evaluated on block C2 and supports the diagnosis.
