EXAMINATION: Ultrasound, Retroperitoneal, Complete (Renal/Urinary)

DATE: 12/22/2020

CLINICAL INFORMATION: Nocturia

COMPARISON: Ultrasound abdomen 04/29/2016

FINDINGS: Real-time examination of both kidneys.
Right renal length is 9.7 cm., left 10.3 cm.
Renal parenchymal thickness and echogenicity normal.
No hydronephrosis.
No shadowing calculi.
No perinephric collections.
No renal masses.
No dilated ureters identified.

Urinary bladder slightly distended, estimated volume 80 mL. Post void bladder residual 17 mL/
Bilateral ureteral jets seen.
Some trabeculation of bladdeer wall noted.
Prostate prominently enlarged, estimated volume 99 mL.

Right adrenal nodule is again visualized, not significantly changed, 2.3 x 2.0 x 2.3 cm.
