TECHNIQUE

CT of the abdomen and pelvis was performed.


MEDICATIONS:

lohexol 350 - 100 ml - intravenous


RADIATION DOSE INDICATORS:

Exposure Events: 3, CTDivol Min: 0 mGy. CTDivol Max: 7.6 mGy, DLP: 242 mGy.cm


FINDINGS:

GI Tract: Post surgical changes from prior laparoscopic right hemicolectomy and omentectomy with ileocolic anastomsosis.
Vasculature: Unremarkable

Lymphadenopathy: Absent

Peritoneum: No ascites

Bladder: Unremarkable

Reproductive organs: Prosatomegaly. Evaluation of the prostate is slightly limited by streak artifact from left hip arthroplasty hardware, but no fluid collections in the prostate are visualized. Unremarkable

Bones: No suspicious lesions. Status post left total hip arthroplasty.

Extraperitoneal soft tissues: Unremarkable

Lines/drains/medical devices: None

IMPRESSION

Evaluation of the prostate is slightly limited by streak artifact from left hip arthroplasty hardware, but no fluid collections in the prostate are visualized.
