AGE: 80 years
GENDER: Male
HISTORY: Weakness.
COMPARISON: Chest x-ray: 1/8/2021. CT: CTA chest 3/20/2014

FINDINGS: PA and lateral chest x-ray.

Lines/tubes/extraneous objects: None.

Lungs: Clear. No significant airspace disease. No suspicious lung nodules. Pullmonary vascularity is normal. COPD

Heart: The heart size is normal.
Aorta: The aorta is unremarkable.
Mediastinum; Unremarkable.

Pleura: Blunting of the posterior sulcus likely fibrosis which is stable. No pneumothorax.

Bones/soft tissues: No acute bone abnormalities.
