Pain from standing in one place. This symptom is mentioned elsewhere in Dr. Bell's book. During the early years of my illness I experienced pain from standing in one place for more than a few minutes. Walking does not cause this pain. I have to be careful about how far and how fast I walk, but that is another issue. This situation existed before I started antidepressants and continued as best I can remember until I started Prozac.
